Mixed-Use Status Disclosure:
The Pointe® Resort “Track Record” on its previous successful mixed-use projects is to build the resort upon substantial portions of the residential being in place to support the amenities; the golfing, tennis, health club, massage therapy, dining, shopping, horseback riding. Be mindful however, in purchasing, one must not rely on the other mixed-use elements of the master plan at The Pointe San Diego. While The Pointe San Diego Resort, with its Championship Golf Course, Water Park, Health Spa, Racquet Club, Equestrian, Restaurants and Retail, as well as the convention facilities and commercial, is designed and entitled with working drawings nearing completion, that aspect of the master plan will come to fruition only upon funding achieved. (Although optimistic and with encouraging prospective sources, the financing is not yet in place.)
